Essential oil produced by steam distillation of the leaves, stacks and flowers, it is a  greenish olive liquid, with a rose-minty sweet smell.

Geranium essential oil blends well with essential oils such as lavender,  patchouli, lavender, lavandin, clove, rose, neroli, sandalwood, jasmine, juniper, bergamot.
